life in the fast lane
Didn't go to the Bodies Exhibit last night. Took at look at the hours of operation, and it closes at 7pm. By the time we would've gotten there and found parking, it would've been like 630. Next attempt is on Sunday. Me and Naama ended up going bowling with Robin and Joe. We played 2 games and Anita met up with us for games 3 and 4. Game 4 we played with the bumpers...and i bowled a 140!! hahaha, I ROCK at bumper bowling!! I actually won the first game, too. Lost my skill for the subsequent games. Had a blast.
On monday i had a band-related meeting after work. Came home and watched 24. This season is absolutely CRAZY! I miss the "slow burn" tension buildup from the 1st season, but this season has just been nuts from the word go. I'll never forget Adam calling me in near hysterics after that first commercial break the night of the season premiere.
Tonight I'm making my rounds to deliver tickets for the show at The Chance.

Later on we're rehearsing. This guy Graham is coming down to meet us. We might record with him at Porno Dan's school for free. I'm curious to check out this studio. Since it's free, we'll probably end up trying to record EVERYTHING.
Tomorrow night my last chance to see Irate. They're playing with God Forbid at Dingbatz in NJ. Goin out there for that. The "final" show is at North Six in Brooklyn on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's also the date of our show at The Hook as part of that Emergenza Festival thing (that meeting I had on Monday.) Not only that, but it's an EARLY show. 5-9pm. We're on stage at 730 and soundchecking before that, obviously. So there's no chance i'll be able to go and see them, hence the urgent need to go out on Thursday to NJ.
