So, about a year ago, my office (for federal regulatory compliance reasons) blocked all personal e-mail accounts, and facebook, and LJ, and lots of other sites that allow people to communicate in ways that my company might not be able to track for compliance purposes, from all office computers. And so, while I didn't ever spend tons of time at work on LJ or facebook or e-mail, not being able to check any of them during lunch or when working late sort of limited time spent on any of them. And what with working 60 hour weeks and spending 15-20 hours a weeek in grad school and, you know, trying to find time to eat and sleep and exercise and occasionally see my husband, LJ sort of fell off the pile.
So now, I've graduated, and am slowly reclaiming parts of my life that fell off the pile in the past few years. I don't know if LJ will ever be a full-fledged part of my life again (I try to keep facebook updated because, well, it's faster) but I'll try to keep it in a regular rotation. Because I miss several of you who only really post here, and I want to keep up with your lives. :)
