So I was reading over a pro argument for Prop 4 on an unbiased voter info site, and I come across this:
Sexual predators may rethink their decisions to harm young girls, knowing the minor cannot keep a pregnancy from her parents.
What the fuck? Who was on crack when they formulated this argument? Since when has any sexual predator had any regard at all for the safety and wellbeing of their victim? It's just absolutely fucking ridiculous that anyone would assume that thanks to this handy dandy law rapists will start carding, to protect the women they care so deeply about.
