Green Tea and Chocolate Creme Brulee
When we last left off, there was a certain boy who turned into a perfect square and I was pondering what I should make for me. I ended up making tiramisu because both he and his roommate are tiramisu junkies... that's right, they would probably inhale it if I left them. Unfortunately, I did not bring my camera to capture the goodness that was the tiramisu. However, I did bring my camera to Rivoli where we had dinner and he got candles on his cheese!
A couple of days later, we had another occasion to celebrate and I decided to be innovative and paired green tea and Scharffen-berger milk chocolate in a creme brulee. Despite what the boy says, I don't really taste the green tea, and oddly enough, it tasted like a whopper ball. It was refreshing though and didn't feel so heavy like a creme brulee can.
