Banana cream pie

I was faced with a challenge... use up some pre-made graham cracker crust, bananas and cool whip. Now, before you look look down on me and call me Sandra Lee... I have to say, I do appreciate some conveniences. Graham crackers don't taste that bad.. and when they're on sale and I've come home from a 10 hour day of work, they're even more awesome. I have heard people talk condescending about cool whip, but honestly, it tastes enough like whipped cream, it's lower in fat than real cream and far more convenient because it won't deflate on you.

That being said, it seemed like the perfect time for me to make banana cream pie. I made a simple vanilla pudding... though I think next time I may want to try lemon. Put down a layer of melted chocolate on the pie crust, piled on the bananas and vanilla pudding and put a layer of cool whip on top with some strawberries...
