What a FSCKing idiot!

I goofed... big. I forgot to bring the really small processor that we're working on in micro processors and we were scheduled to check off the work a lab today. So, now we're gonna be behind (my lab partner and I) and I can't just run back to the house and get it because the buses to the falls don't run often enough and I'd not get back in time. And, I also forgot my keys, so I'll have to hunt someone down to let me into the Cluster. Not to mention screwing up in another class that I need to take to get outta this place, such that I'll have to drop the course.

I am looking at going back to the Rep to work, as I need the money and I miss the place... I'm not crazy about the idea because I'll be missing a day of work (moday) for the microprocessor lab and I'll have to give up the Smallville tradition.

The Crucible was really fun. It started at 8 o'clock, as did Cyrno... I knew Dani wanted to see Cyrno more, but if I wanted affordable tickets early enough to get decent seats -- I had to get The Crucible instead. Preordered a cookie and a coke for intermission and went to take our seats. After we sat down we realized that the tickets the woman at the box office gave us were for the wrong day, so I went and talked to the House Manager (John) and he took care of the problem. Good thing too, for when I was coming back the people who had the seats we were seated in were just getting there and a very confused usher was looking at Dani oddly. I fetched Dani and started to make my way to the seats John had arranged, and the usher attempted to "help" me. Ugh! But after John saw that confussed usher, he steped in and she step off. The new seats were a lot better than the ones we had started in, and the play was great. We went to IHop after the play, and that rounded out the evening (note: people look at you funny when it is almost midnight, your dressed up and walk into a place like IHop -- try it, it's highly recommended).

The EE/CS "picnick" was yesterday, and being a member of IEEE-CS (yup, I joinded IEEE), I sat around watching people set up, asking every so often "need anything?" and "can I help with that" ... When the "picnick" started, I sat with a group of friends and we played chess and talked. It was quite nice. After the picknic I helped a little with the clean up and that is about it.

Spent all night working on getting my computer to work in dual head mode, and finally got it working... So I now have two monitors. I installed a program for playing DVDs using apt-get (that took all of a few seconds) so that I don't have to boot to windows to play DVDs... And got to bed at about 4 in the morning. Woke up at six and forgot everything I need for the day, and can't exactly go back to get any of it. So, today isn't off to a great start... Not neededly a bad start, could get to be one if the T.A. doesn't let us wait until Monday to check off the lab.
