here. we're 2 weeks from our official start with week 1 in france.
i'm thinking i'll start posting the menus 2 weeks ahead of time. this should give everyone plenty of advance notice of what we're making and plenty of time to gather everything they need.
don't forget - the menus and recipes are merely a suggestion. if you have a dish you'd prefer to make, please do! just remember to tell the rest of us about it! ^_^
