Having a Conversation with Nat

Apparently, the smell of burning human bodies is pretty much the same smell as you get when burning animal carcasses. So, if you've ever smelt burning carcasses, you then know what burning human corpses smell like. Nat is ever the source for interesting knowledge. And interesting first-hand knowledge.

Like how I'm going to avoid ever going in for those pap smear tests and STD testing because, dear god, I don't want to be violated and don't want people poking around down there and I don't want to cry when I pee because the pain is so horrendous and I hate going to the doctor anyhow and that area is only for me and whomsoever I wish to see it, of who shall be be those very select men throughout my life whom I trust in a sexual relationship, and not some person with cold metal tools, cotton swabs, and a camera to see what my cervix looks like. Screw health, man, not gonna do it. Not me. Dear god no, you can't make me. Maybe if they gave me some ice cream. It'd have to be really, really good ice cream, too. The expensive kind. With sprinkles.

Its like I was saying before at one time, that before I could let a perfect stranger doctor person down and in there, I'd need to be wined and dined first. We'd have to go out for pizza or something, get to know each other first.

Hrm, what else did Nat and I talk about?...Well, I talked about my crazy dreams where I was a servant in Versailles under Louis #16 and Napoleon took over, and this other dream where I was cleaning my parents' bathtub and people from uni were there watching. And we talked about how Nat's baby would look if she had one with Brendan, which I decided would look exactly like Brendan, but with red, curly hair. (Let it be noted that there is nothing Nat hates more than people with ginger hair, and Courtney used to say that as punishment Nat would only have red-haired kids.)

Its raining here. Its about time its Spring weather! Lots of nice and beautiful rain, although yesterday it wasn't so very nice because I had a book I needed to return to the library and I thought that I might as well have gone then and there because it wasn't going to stop raining anytime soon, so I went out and got soaked in the maybe three minutes it took to walk the the library and back, and, after something like ten minutes after I got back and went to Will and Rhys's place, it stopped raining and was sunny. Fancy that.
