I'm back from BOW! On Thursday we left late haha and drove to Wasilla. The weather was sunny and gorgeous the whole way down. Mt. McKinley was AWESOME..it always is, but definitely up close haha. Today before we left Valdez we went fishing (and on the way we saw a bear!). There were fish swimming near the shore but they didn't care cause they were like half dead. :P We still caught one each though! (And mom snagged one but I don't know if that counts haha) They were both pink salmon. We didn't keep them but it was still cool. The ferry ( Read more... )

I'm baaack from BOW! Before I talk about it..WE FOUND SNOWY!! Or rather Snowy found us. Before lunch mom was looking at her texts and Ryan had sent "we found Snowy" and mom called him. I'm back from Valdez! Guess who got a cold there? Me. Joyy. We drove there on Wednesday..I felt sniffy and kept getting worse as the day went on. The weather was rainy at one point but got better around the Black Rapids area. Then it was pretty nice and sunny the rest of the way. Friday we're gonna go fishing with one of mom's coworkers and possibly someone else at the Chatanika River northeast of Fairbanks. We're gonna fish for king salmon. I haven't fished in years haha. We'll have to get licenses..
