Hello, anime and manga. I have missed you. Kinda.
...but no, since you mention it, I'm not actually feeling sparkly or twirly at all. I'm hungover and I slept for three hours. Oh well. While I pick myself up and attempt to make myself human again, I present for your enjoyment the hot favourite for Silliest Military Hat:
Many giant lop-eared rabbits died to produce this headgear.
(Other contenders for the title are welcome to present themselves for the attention of the judges. There are of course an AMAZING number of really silly hats out there. But this one is doing pretty damn well as far as I can see...)
