Some links and such
I went to check Scott Lynch's LJ yesterday to see whether he was around, and it turns out he's being a lot more active. And from there I found my way to:
- His website's updated Excerpts page, where one can find the entire prologue to the Republic of Thieves to download, in which, apparently, one may hope to meet Sabetha,
and,
- an entirely unrelated story he's been putting up online, Queen of the Iron Sands.
I haven't read either of these things yet but I need to keep hold of the links as a matter of some urgency. And I'm pretty sure there are some of you out there who have some interest in this stuff too.
In other news, I've had a wonderful weekend. Cirkus Cirkör own my grubby little soul and the impact Inside Out has on me is sort of incredible. It was a very different experience this time to last time but not in any way less powerful. I actually can't wait to see what the next show they come up with is, though I'd happily watch this one a third time. They're in London until the end of the month, anyway, and if you can get there at all then I recommend it highly. Go go go!
