I've marveled before at the small community that the British acting community seems to be, particularly in regards to Doctor Who and the BBC.  But I missed these interesting connections:

Weird, random bit of trivia for the day:  I didn't realize that Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, was in Anna & The King with Jodie Foster!  I thought all of the kids who act in the HP movies were complete unknowns.  How interesting!  I always loved that book and was disappointed at the time that they'd managed to make such a fascinating story ( Read more... )

I know nothing about this new play that Dan Radcliffe is going to be in.  And, honestly, I’m really not that interested in the actors in the HP films.  It’s the books that interest me most, and then the business behind the movies is interesting to me, given my vocation.
