LJ Alternative
It doesn't sound like it'll be necessary, but I created accounts on InsaneJournal and JournalFen as alternates in case LJ disappears.
I found instructions HERE for transferring all my posts from LJ to those two journals, in case any of you want to try it. The images and videos I often put in my posts don't copy over, and the LJ username links won't work right, but otherwise it's all there.
So far I like InsaneJournal best - it's a LOT like LJ and it gives me 100 free icons without a paid account!
