Easter Sunday - Cardamom-Crumb Coffee Cake and Fruit Salad and scrambled eggs
- Lick Your Plate Chicken over rice and peas
- Ham Steak, Leek, Artichoke and Potato Gratin with Gruyere, Grilled Asparagus

Monday - Greek Style Ravioli

Tuesday - Puerto Rican Shredded Pork (Use to make tacos)
(Kid-sitting at April & Dylan)

Wednesday - Huevos Rancheros Verdes (something quick)
(Workout)

Thursday - Mac and Cheese topped with Pulled Pork
(Small Group)

Friday - I am going to my mom’s for the weekend, so Brian is on his own.

Breakfast -
Avocado Toast with Egg
Peanut Butter, Strawberry, and Banana Quesedillas
Oatmeal Square and hard-boiled egg

Lunches -
Tarragon Chicken Salad

All-Star Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Lick Your Plate Chicken??? (Put into a ziplock, include liner and a couple freezer packs of rice)
