Tuesday - 1 cup cereal, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup berries
- Soup and salad
- Shrimp stir fry over brown rice
Wednesday - Oatmeal, berries, chia seeds, cinnamon
- Salad with tuna salad and crackers
- Flipped pasta. Roasted vegetables, leftover chicken, WW pasta
Thursday - Yogurt parfait. Banana and granola
- Italian chicken salad
- Steak, baked potatoes, California blend
Friday - 1 cereal, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup berries
- Soup and egg salad sandwich
