Guess who has a grill with a refilled tank (FINALLY)....I love grilling for spring and summer meals. Brian tells me that it isn't practical to try grilling during the winter. Probably because he doesn't want to figure out how to shovel a path to the grill.
Saturday - lunch while out doing errands. Qboda Resaurant
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Trader Joes Thai Lemon Rice Pilaf, corn
(Brian was not a fan of the TJ rice)
Sunday - Scrambled Eggs, sausage links, whole wheat toast
- Out with Brian's mom and family to Montana Mikes
- Grilled Greek Chicken Thighs and veggie pack (carrots, parsnips, and fresh sliced fennel)
used a Pork Board
rub for the chicken (shhhh)
Monday - Crockpot Beef Roast with carrots and potatoes
(Workout with trainer)
Tuesday - Grilled Brats with sauerkraut and
Ranch Potato Salad (Cook's Illustrated recipe, but you have to have a membership now to get this one.)
Wednesday -
Pesto Pasta with Sausage and Roasted Brussels Sprouts(using Trader Joe sausages, not chicken sausages)
Thursday - Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches and veggie (probably peas)
(Hooray for leftovers)
Friday - Grilled Chicken Breast, Trader Joes Couscous Pilaf, some veggie or just a big salad
