Saturday - Honey Harvest Quinoa (Ellie)
- Smoky D’s
- Sweet & spicy Rubbed Salmon /Grilled herbed veggies/couscous

Sunday (EASTER) - Breakfast at church
- Grilled Pork Burgers/Alexia Spicy Sweet Potato Fries *
- Grilled Ham Steak/Delmonico Potatoes/Grilled Asparagus
*If we don’t go out since Brian wants to try the new Ecuadorian restaurant.

Monday (Book Club)- Swiss Oats with 2 fruits
- Leftovers
- Red Pepper Tortilla
Snack- 10 baby carrots & ¼ cup hummus

Tuesday - Leftover Harvest Quinoa
- Tuna Salad with grapes and celery/ww crackers/cup milk
- Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Oregano-Coriander Rub /Baked Potato/Zucchini with Parmesan
Snack - ½ cup Greek Yogurt & ½ cup berries

Wednesday - Swiss Oats with 2 fruit
- 1 cup whole wheat cooked pasta with mixed frozen or fresh vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, summer squash) mixed together with 1 tablespoon low-fat or low-calorie Italian dressing topped with 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- Peachy Pork Picante over rice/corn with red pepper
Snack- 1 cup carrot sticks & red bell pepper strips & ½-cup hummus (serve w/Wheat Thins)

Thursday - English Muffin with hard-boiled egg and cheese
- Leftovers
- Sautéed Chicken with creamy chive sauce/Mashed Potatoes/Glazed Carrots
Snack- Apple and 1 oz Cheddar cheese

Friday - Scrambled Egg (1 egg & 1 egg white) with peppers & onions/Toast/ Milk
- ??
- Tarragon Tuna over Egg Noodles/Peas
Snack- ¼ cup almonds and dried cranberries
