I decided that I really didn't need to do menus for the weekday breakfasts/lunches. We basically do the same things for breakfasts and usually leftovers or sandwiches/sandwiches for lunches. I tried to link when I could. The mouskaka recipe (and probably the Tarragon Tuna Melt) is elsewhere in my blog under recipe.
Saturday - Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich
- Grilled Tuna Melts/Roasted Red Pepper Soup
- Pork & Potato Mouskaka
(Make 4 dozen somethings for Coffee Cove)
Sunday -
Banana Oat Waffles (Take stuff for Coffee Cove before Early Church)
- Grilled Pork Burgers/Ranch Potato Salad
- Mezze (small dishes of hummus, tabouli, cheeses, pita bread, etc.)
Monday -
Cavatelli with Eggs and Bacon (Lydia’s cookbook that Mom gave Brian p.281)
Tuesday - Sloppy Joe Casserole (Thanks Chip)
Wednesday - Grilled Ham Steak/Sweet Potato Fries/Green Beans
(no small group)
Thursday - Salmon/Rice/Broccoli
Friday -
Skillet Chicken Parmesan over Pasta
