Manhattan Love Story was certainly different, but maybe that's to be expected from a Kudo drama.  Probably also to be expected, I loved it!  It was the right combination of romantic and funny and just a little bit twisty in the plot department.  I just wonder how much of the (realistic-ish-only) behind-the-scenes parts about TV was accurate... It was a dark and stormy night.  True story.  There was a heckuva thunderstorm last night.  I didn't really notice it until I was driving home at 2am.  I was distracted.  There was Eito concert and that was all I paid attention to.  Good thing we didn't lose power!

Tokujo Kabachi!! reminded me of ripping off band-aids, 10 of them.  You don't want to do it.  Cringing, you start by peeling off the edges slowly and that hurts worse.  In the end, you just rip the damn thing off.  You wince, clench your teeth and maybe cry a little.  When you look down, there's still 9 more band-aids to come off.
