contributions to the semi-regular e-zine run by my dear friend rickey k. sound like easy assignments, but wind up being time-consuming and lots of good trouble. i'm not usually happy with the results, but the one for issue 20 is one of which i am especially proud. in part, it's because the piece was really short. i kind of rushed through it, but that sort of breakneck speed winds up transferring mad energy into written thought. i feel it did this time. until it goes live, enjoy my lunacy in the last issue, whose theme was religion. don't hold any of the views against me. i should attach disclaimers to these things. my opinions are as mercurial as the sun: i am likely to occupy each degree possible, for about as long. a degree is usually 60 seconds. i'm spouting so much math these past few hours.
