Just a short update. I weighed in 1 pound heavier this week (Saturday) and that made me feel depressed. I had felt like I had a good week, so going in and weighing heavier put me down. I still made the top 5 females by percentage, so small victories... yay?
I was feeling like I was on a roll, then got into a mind game thinking about how many things I don't eat anymore. That lead to eating a few of them, drinking pop (diet) again and the 100th anniversary Oreo cookie didn't help either - but it was amazingly tasty!
So, here is to a better week of choices and positive self thought.
