Progress? What progress?

Ok, so I'm more or less a whole.. 5 pounds (ok maybe 3) lighter than when I joined more than a year ago (!!!). Thought I'd update with a little bit.

Did a combination of over 100 crunches/side crunches on my big ab ball yesterday. And weights for triceps and shoulders. Roar I will be strong female.

I must say, though -- my stomach already feels tighter. I keep touching it. I also have an unhealthy obsession with my scale. Stop weighing yourself everyday, it's BAD! Once a week.

My plan:
Cardio at least 3x per week, weights at least 3x per week, crunches and girly pushups every other day. Sounds good.
