Tuesday: Arms & Shoulder

Yesterday Tim, Chris, and myself starting our workout routine again after a nice four day break. It was as bad as last week which means its time I started bumping up the weight. I've become pretty comfortable curling 15 lbs, and I've done up to 20 lbs once or twice. I was pretty suprised when I weighed myself before working out. I had actually gained half a pound over the four day break. If I can stay on this six day training schedule I should reach my goal of 15 lbs by July.
