Hey. I just joined. I just finished doing 50 laps in the pool this morning. I did 50 yesterday morning, and 15 the night before.
I also jam skate. I did 3 hours straight through on Friday night, and 2 hours Saturday afternoon.
I just started all of this. I feel pretty motivated, but I ate HORRIBLY yesterday. A whole chocolate easter bunny and an ENTIRE small Papa John's pizza. Youch, I know. Pizza always gets me.
So I guess I need motivation not to eat sweets or pizza! How will I LIVE? I'm trying to build muscle for jam skating as it is pretty much breakdancing on skates. I've been skating since I was 7, but I have no arm muscle!!! I'm pracitcing at home right now as well. Should I be doing push-ups as well?
