Ok as much as I would love to lose weight healthily this is about me. getting better, stronger, faster.

I am going on a drastic diet until I get to goal of 100lbs, once I reach goal I will resume eating 1800 calories per day but will keep up with training.

This weight is slowing me down and making me weak. I can't train my body properly while I'm fat, ok so I'm a perfectionist but this is survival mode. I really don't care how much weight I put back on when I resume HEALTHY eating, knowing it will probably be no more than a stone. Then I'll just keep training/ re-think the Dr.Hamwi approach for optimum weight.

Right so, the last time I weighed at 166lbs, optimum being 100lbs.

Maximum I can lose (I hope with God's help) is 3lbs per week, starting when I return home on the 29th May. I should reach goal in 22 weeks so  October 30th.

I will be weak, hungry and tired but once I hit goal I will start feeding myself HIGHLY nutritious foods, 1800 calories like I said.

This is almost like a spiritual fast? I need this to get a base body. I need to be flexible, strong and have stamina.

I will do every exercise like I have previously planned.

I will eat 300 calories per day with 60 calories coming from fat/ 6.7g fat per day.

I am aware that it is NOT a healthy diet but I am committed and able. My only concern is that I will be in a weaker state to get to base body (that's a body I can work with) but it WILL be worth it. If an attacker comes for me, well, let's say here I have the Lord's protection. He will call it a fast.
