alpro soy light - 44 calories 2.3g fat

one apple - around 78 calories 0g fat
more fruit to the sum of 128 calories OR a slice of bread with soup.

heinz lentil soup - 200g = 92 calories 0.4 g fat

300 calories 5g Fat.

Ok this is a serious diet. I hope it works.
