To those who read the spoilers:
THE CARPET BOOK IS REAL!!!!
Ahahahahahahahaha.
I knew I shouldn't have preordered the book. I just knew it.
Ah well. Guess there's no rush for Aids to ship the book out to me since I have the softcopy anyway. In JPEG and PDF even.
Still, this is so funny in a cynical sort of way. Imagine: all that billion dollars worth of security for DH and the entire book leaks out days before the release. Ahahahahaha.
A few thoughts since I've read it anyway:
1. Bwahaha. Snape/Lily. I knew it! Or at least one-sided Snape/Lily.
2. Why Lupin? Whhhyyyy!?!??!
3. The epilogue? So lame. And before anybody says anything about the shipping issue, I AM AN H/HR SHIPPER BUT IT'S NOT BECAUSE OF THAT, OKAY? (and the fact that I even have to put a disclaimer is so annoying) The epilogue lacks something. I can't pinpoint what it is but it's something. I didn't feel anything at all. No emotional tugs, no nothing. And we don't even get any details. What are they doing now? Do they work? I shudder at the thought of Hermione being a baby-making machine, spewing forth dozens of redheads. She deserves more than that.
4. Albus Severus? Rose and Hugo? Scorpius? WTF?!? Eww...
Anyway, back to work.
