Nope, not a guy. Just someone who's experienced enough and has talked to guys enough about sex to know that a lot of sex scenes in smut are just plain incorrect, to the point of being distracting XD It's cool that you're getting into socializing on LJ, though, that's always fun >D

Um, I'm also zomboid_milk and I post a bunch on dir_en_grey and dir en grey slash-related communities, so that's where you know me, I'm sure.

And dude, that's awesome. I get so excited when I meet other J-rock fans who are actually, y'know, adults. I call myself a j-rock hag, but despite the kind-of-insulting wording of that, I love hanging out with other j-rock hags. You could, perhaps, call me a hag fag XD

Well, I have to admit that, although I know better, I tend to write certain things wrong. It's more about how it sounds, how you picture it and all that stuff. But I try to avoid crucial mistakes usually x)
Oh, then we certainly know from one of these comms. I have the feeling we talked before, but damn, I'm old and forgetful^^

I try to keep up with my friends at least from now on, although sometimes it's hard with work and such. But then, it's fun to meet so many people from different places, coming together and sharing their interests.

I understand taking artistic license with some facts for stylistic reasons, you often have to sacrifice realism in fiction writing to get a certain effect, but there are some things that just bug me when people write them. It doesn't mean they have to stop, I guess, but I'm allowed to complain about them, even if they don't have to listen to me XD

Behold! Now you did a big, big mistake x) I will certainly upload you some Die Ärzte (DÄ) stuff if you wanna and I can upload you the uncensored version of the song you mean. You might have seen the vid with Lara Croft too. That's kinda cool. Heh, they are around for like 20 years or more and their concerts rock. They simply don't take themselves so serious which is really nice in that business for a change. Heh, Farin Urlaub, the vocalist/guitarist wrote a song about being a rockstar after reading an interview with Johathan Davis, where he complained how 'hard' it is to be famous, when people come up to you and ask you for an autograph and such, but he did it in such a way that you have to know why he wrote the song or you think he hates his rockstar life

One of the things I liked about them is how it seems like they don't take themselves very seriously. I wish more people were like that, especially famous people

hah, then wait till I get home today and I upload you some of their stuff. There is this one concert they did last year at Rock am Ring (you might have heard about the festival since Diru played there too) where they headlined. Man, that was awesome. 80.000 people doing what they say and demanding to do a "seating-laola". I would love to show the Dirus, especially Kaoru, their stuff to see how it can be too. Mostly with them interacting x

It'd be pretty cool if we could convince Kaoru that it's okay to be silly, and lots of rock bands are, really, and people still take their music seriously XD Come on, Kaoru, you're going to give yourself an ulcer with this attitude of yours!

I could probably be poetic in English, but it doesn't happen when I'm writing fanfic, partly because the characters I'm writing aren't very serious. What I write in terms of fanfic tends to border on crack XD

I don't speak Japanese, I just study it. I'm nowhere near fluent and I'm forgetting more and more of it all the time. I need to get back to studying again, but it's hard to be motivated when there's so much fanfic to write XD other stuff going on in my life

C'mon, Kaoru used to be so dorky not even that long ago. I only wished they'd interact more on stage or then that one sees more backstage stuff with him and not only with drinking Die not that I mind. I think though he only conceals that side from us. It's still there. There was this one thing in a Hairo no ginka (I believe it was in there) where Die said he was out drinking with one American AND Kaoru until the security came and told them to be quiet since they were so loud. That made me sigh in relief. The man DOES have some kind of private life after all

I think everyone's been hanging out with Die now, 'cause he's the best at translating. That, or they think it's funny to watch him flirt with guys and not realize he's doing it.

I like Kaoru x Die a lot, it's partially responsible for me getting into the fandom, but my favorite noncrack pairing is actually Toshiya x Kaoru x Die XD

I don't get why not more people like Die and Toshiya together. They're both so hot, they would seriously look really good together, why does everyone go "ew I don't like them together at all"? It's not like their personalities are incompatible, they're both really goofy and friendly and joke around a lot.

I'll let you know if I ever write Toshiya as a porn star but I'm warning you, I'm not sure who I'd pair him with. It could very well end up being a Toshiya x Miyavi fic because I'm crazy like that XD

I don't think "fictional Die" and "fictional Toshiya" are all that similar, other than the fact that they're both idiots. One is a dumb slut and the other is a dumb alcoholic. Have I mentioned that I hate a lot of people's characterizations of the members of Dir en grey? Because I do.

I love Toshiya/Miyavi, it's probably my favorite pairing, with TxKxD coming in at a very, very close second. They would look super hot together, plus they seem like they have compatible personalities.
