My turkey has been in the oven about two hours now... I started it about an hour early because I was afraid it wouldn't get done and I found out it's okay to let it rest for extra time. I'd rather do that than be faced with undercooked!

I'm stoked. The house smells SO GOOD and everything looks great :) I got my bread and cookies baked in time to put the bird in... *sigh* So happy. Having a nice happy day with my husband and my dog and cat... listening to Tom Petty lol. Can't wait for people to get here.
