On Thursday I was 5 minutes into my run and determined that it was probably a good idea to just do the elliptical instead. First I was having issues with my ankle brace - it was too tight and I had to stop and adjust it twice. And my left knee wasn't hurting, but it felt a bit week. Star Trek: The Tour!

It looks kind of cool. Of course I am a sucker for most things Trek. Long Beach is the first stop, so I think I will have to check it out.

I can't even fathom what is going on back home in Minneapolis tonight. For those that haven't heard, an entire four lane bridge collapsed into the Mississippi River during rush hour. So far 6 or 7 are confirmed dead and at least 30 injured.
