Good Chicken Breast Idea

NORMAL CHICKEN  (Courtesy of Allrecipes.com but tried and tested  and tweaked by me)

This is really, really good. You wouldn't think with so few ingredients but it is. I serve it with some boiled white rice to soak up the juice. Hint...even if you are just doing 2 breasts, make the sauce for 4. It really is sooooo good on the rice.

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of onion powder
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 TBSP honey

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Pour the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over them (and other ingredients). Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the juices run clear. If using frozen chicken breasts, bake for 1 hour.
