NORMAL CHICKEN (Courtesy of Allrecipes.com but tried and tested and tweaked by me)
This is really, really good. You wouldn't think with so few ingredients but it is. I serve it with some boiled white rice to soak up the juice. Hint...even if you are just doing 2 breasts, make the sauce for 4. It really is sooooo good on the rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of onion powder
- 1 clove of garlic crushed and chopped
- 1 TBSP honey
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Pour the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over them (and other ingredients). Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the juices run clear. If using frozen chicken breasts, bake for 1 hour.
