TV commentary:
Faking It- Ah, so everyone does know!
Well, not everyone, since Karma's mom still seems to think she's gay. But the school does know about Karma faking being a lesbian. Do they know the details? Because it seemed like everyone was pissed only at Karma. I guess they heard Amy is a real lesbian?
In any case, its Karma's b-day, and Amy has this great day planned, but it hits a snag when she knows Karma is thinking about Liam. Karma is all, "I chose you!" which Amy says, it doesn't really feel like she chose her. And she kinda has a point- its less choosing Amy and more staying with Amy because its the easiest, supposedly drama free choice. Its like don't do any favors for her, Karma, to quote Jerry Mcguire, she doesn't need someone to stick, because they'll just eventually resent each other.
Its when Karma rips up Liam's note that Amy realizes how fully committed Karma is to sticking, even though it will make them miserable, so she gives Karma free reign to date Liam. Besides, her mom actually gave her some helpful advice- she'll never get over Karma if she keep sticking to this fantasy that Karma will like her back. And she's decided Karma won't, hence letting her go so she can move on.
From the previews, it seems like she'll get with the one caterer chick (who's also a DJ), and I'm sure to ratchet up the drama, Karma actually will start to feel something for Amy.
As for the other characters, Shane gets a new MMA eff-buddy, and Lauren finally bites the bullet and puts the moves on Theo. Who seems receptive, but then runs off, leaving her confused. Interesting, wonder what secret he has that caused him to run.
NCIS- Heh, Gibbs can be kinda a dick.
I get he defused the bomb already, but he could've told everybody before they shit their pants as the timer continued to count down! I mean, its one thing to taunt the pirates, but what about Tony, Borin, and the one marine/CG chick? What an a-hole!
Also I'm not seeing the Kobayashi-Maru-ness of Ellie's training exercise. Its not like there was some impossible decision she had to make, there was just one more attacker than they said, and the extra attacker got the jump on her!
