Hello everyone.

My shifts are getting longer at work, and I'm getting more hours, so me "hanging in there" has definately payed off. I'm getting used to being a cashier at the front counter. Performing all the duties that the front counter person is assigned to do does, indeed, make the time go by faster. Also, doing work in the dining area is a refreshing task from being stuck back in the kitchen all the time.
I'm definately enjoying my shifts where I get to work with William, the new guy from my previous post. I especially like closing with him. In fact, I like closing anyway. It makes me feel like an important employee.

Well, school starts the 18th of this month. I'm looking forward to heading back to classes. I miss all the cute eye candy! I go to campus this Friday. I'm assuming it's to pick up my loan money and to either get my books or to get a reservation on my books.

My mom gave me a haircut Monday night, because I needed one. I like it.
Yesterday, I had an appointment with my counselor at Counseling Associates. He said that he's pleased that I've turned my life around and am doing so well now. I'm proud of myself as well.

After my appointment, we went to the Chicken Mart to get food for dinner, and then we went to the Salvation Army, where I purchased the novel The Bad Seed. After that, we checked on my dad, who was doing some work at a laundry place for the business's owner. And then, my mom and I went to the Goodwill store, where I looked at some more books. Finally, after that, we went home.

*randome side note: I need my own vehicle.*

Well, that's it for now. Later.
