New Ways November: I Made It

Nov 20, 2024 22:47

I don't think I've ever cooked using cockles before, so here's my attempt at Jack Monroe's "cockle spaghetti", made tonight.

I think I overdid the chilli flakes; it has quite a kick to it, but I've saved some sauce for another time.

Today was International GIS Day, so I attended a lunch and learn all about the uses of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software.

Trains were no fun getting home, and I took longer than I should have; all due to overhead power line problems; I was glad to get home and make it to taekwon-do on time, after a long wait to change trains.

On Strava, I have completed Week 3 of the November Streak Challenge, and climbed 1,113m for the November Running Elevation Challenge.
