Buffy was quite a good show for watching characters get snarky with each other, and Buffy v Cordelia in early seasons was always quite good entertainment. I believe this line is from Episode 2x01: When She Was Bad, where Buffy starts taking on a few of Cordelia's traits, mostly through speaking her mind a lot.
