Happier January: Go Out, See Your Friends
I tried out Happy Bones coffee shop in Tottenham Court Road today, having spotted it last weekend; it was worth it, friendly member of staff serving (though he seemed to be there on his own), and I got a decent cappuccino.
I had prayer triplet this lunchtime; we ended up meeting at Leon, and had a nice time together. It was a good opportunity to find out how the other guys were, and what they had enjoyed recently.
We went to church and prayed together, then I stayed for the service. A group of us went to the pub as usual; amazingly, the Manchester United game was not on - apparently their remote control was not working. As some of us left, the guy at the bar was watching the game on his laptop!
I ended up in Honest Burgers for the second week in a row for dinner tonight; it was worth going back to, anyway.
I've climbed 1,229m for the January Running Elevation Challenge on Strava.
