Spring stroll picture from last night.
I've now completed week 2 of the Strava Indoor Workout and Dr. Alex's Stomp Challenge, and another challenge I joined yesterday: Altra Half Marathon, which just required me to walk or run 13 miles. The collective effort for Around the World in 30 Days is 54.1 million miles
For the 30 Day Mental Health Challenge, I'll see if I can perform a random act of kindness (always a challenge) and try using Floria Wilcox's Feelings Wheel.
I'm expecting to have a free evening, so will probably walk to the next town and watch Bellzzz play tonight.
