We enjoyed last night's book talk; James Canton was very interesting to listen to.
This morning, I did a body scan; I felt a few twinges in my legs, and achiness in my lower back, plus a couple of itches that I had to scratch.
On Strava, I have now logged 2 of 3 activities for the Indoor Workout Challenge, and completed Week 1 for Dr. Alex's Stomp.
For the 30 Day Challenge, I will see if I can:
*Have a walk (I need to do this just to get to the station and go to the office);
*Listen to a podcast, maybe learn something, if I have the time; and
*Tell others (probably at work) about how I feel.
I'm not sure if anything will happen after work tonight; maybe someone will organise drinks?
