New restaurant on the island called Hitchcocks. Truly and I decided to try it today while Zach was off on a playdate.

They have a brunch and a cheeseplate:)

I, of course, ordered the plate of 4 cheeses:

Valdeon: Spain - goat and cow. Blueish and served with strawberry compote
Truly liked this one. Not 'too blue' she felt.
