Good stuff

I had to go into town for a couple of things today, one of which was to return a bag that I'd bought from TopMan. I've been after a old-school type leather satchel for years and actually managed to find a website that sells them. For £50. However, while I was in TopMan last week - I have no idea what I was doing in there, I must have wandered in ( Read more... )

I love the satchel - very nice!

I've had my little Samsung Digimax S800 for coming up to 3 years - it's the best camera I've ever owned, takes fabulous pictures and is amazing.

and what I wanted to add there was that I love it - I wouldn't dream of getting rid of it.

I'm so impatient waiting for it to arrive, I want to use it now!

My camera is a Fuji Finepix Z1 and I love it. I've got no reason to change it, it still works perfectly despite being 5 years old and it's hardly obsolete. It's just the battery that's the problem and once I get a new one, it'll be fine.

He was obviously an idiot. Oh well, I just hope he drops the camera the day after his 1 year warranty runs out and he has to buy a brand new one.

Ooooh - I wanted a Finepix but they'd sold out when I got there. That's how I ended up with the Samsung - there was a waiting list of 6weeks and I left the country in 3 lol. I wanted a camera NOW hehehe.

Oh, that's annoying! I've been very impressed with the Finepix though, it has so many features and the screen is a decent size. It was the screen that sold me on it really.

The digimax has a good screen size too. I'm happy with the samsung - I actually cried when I dropped it and broke the lens. Lucky it was still cheap to fix.

I'm taking it with me again this time around. I think the only down side to the Digimax is it doesn't have built in batteries.

Is it one of those that takes AA batteries then? I'm undecided if that's a good thing or not. At least if the batteries run out, you can carry spares. Mine has an internal battery so if that runs out, I have to recharge it and that's not always so easy to do if you're out and about.
