Weight on 11/14:  214   Weight on 11/22:  212
Weight lost this week:  2lb.  Weight lost since 11/7:  7lb

Also of note:  I am solidly one belt notch tighter on any belt I've worn since Thursday (maybe before...  But, Thursday is when I noticed).

Food Journal for 11/21/2010:

Breakfast (10:30am):  1 medium-sized Blue Corn Pancake with a smear of honey (120 cal),  large Eggs, scrambled with spinach cooked in (150 cal), large handful of raw Baby Spinach (30 cal).

Lunch (2:30pm):  Left over Chicken with Snow Peas and Carrots

4pm:  Baby Bel Bon Bel cheese (70 cal)

Dinner (6pm):  one Chicken Thigh, Peas, Corn, and a small amount of Quinoa with Celery, Carrots and Kale

7:15pm:  1 1/2 squares of Dark Chocolate (20 cal, 1g sugar)

7:30pm:  1 slice of Provolone cheese (70 cal)

Exercise for 11/21 (gym day):  22 minutes of Abs, 60 minutes on the Bike, 50 push-ups before bed

I was going to try going to the gym again this morning.  But, I kept waking up last night (at least two or three times...  the last one only an hour before the alarm was originally set to go off).  I wonder if I'm no going to bed too early.
