Food Journal for 11/19:
Breakfast (9am): 1 cup of Oatmeal. Tea: Earl Grey, hot.
Lunch (12:30pm): 1 1/2 cup of Vegetarian Chili
4:30pm: 1oz of dry-roasted Peanuts
Dinner (7pm): small bowl of Annie's Whole Wheat Mac & Cheese with ground Turkey and Peas. Side of raw Spinach & Red Cabbage.
9:30pm: small Coffee with 1 sugar and 1/4 cup of Whole Milk
Exercise for 11/19: 60 push-ups, 35 minute walk on lunch, ~90 minutes of almost non-stop dancing from 10:30pm to Midnight.

Breakfast (9:15am): 1 1/2 cup of Cereal with 3/4 cup of Whole Milk
Lunch (1pm): 1 1/4 cup of Vegetarian Chili
Dinner (4pm): 3 small Spare Ribs, 1/2 portion of Chicken with Snow Peas & Carrots. 1 cup Brown Rice, 4 spoon-fulls of assorted flavors of Sorbet
11pm: small Starbucks Coffee with 2 Sugar in the Raw packets, splash of half-and-half with 3 shots of Jameson
Exercise for 11/20/2010: 40 min. walk, 50 push-ups
