At Yoga today the instructor said that a certain pose (possibly the camel one again, we were bending back and pushing our hips forward) is worth hours of therapy because people keep their emotional tension in their hips.

My mom's been here less than 24 hours and already put me through the ringer about how the leaves in the back yard aren't raked, our furnace is too noisy and the furniture in the living room is arranged in a hideously unbalanced way.

I was really excited to have them visit.
