Update
Mikado run is over, and I'm still feeling rather tired. Lots of fun as always, we had good attendances and a nice review in the local paper. Got enormously drunk (no! you say) at the after show party and felt like hell all yesterday. Somehow I also found time over the week to create an Undead Death Knight and play him though the starter area, which was enjoyable. He now has to hang around the Ebon Hold for a while twiddling his thumbs while I get my main into Outland first.
Things seem to be picking up a bit. I've been put back under my previous line-manager at work, which is a big improvement. He doesn't see me as a 'delivery boy' (or girl) and will take responsibility for what I should be doing. Like a manager, in fact. And my recalcitrant cellist colleague may actually do at least the next couple of concerts with us after all, so maybe I can resume looking forward to doing the Organ Symphony.
City went down. Because they're crap. Ah well.
