In Which Liberty is Still All "Woe is Me" - Today's Recap, 10/14/09
Hey guys, quickie recap today, because it's my Dad's 50th birthday, and people are going to be here soon, and I'm on the decorating committee. :-)
Okay. So. Meg and Lily's little interactions were totally *headdesk* worthy today, were they not? They sounded like a bunch of 12-year-olds. Then Lily's nastiness towards Maeve was just kinda ridiculous and petty (especially since she suddenly turned nice when Holden said Maeve helped him). And then the "I own the hotel" remark. Get over yourself, Lily. Don't be mad at Maeve 'cause you messed up your personal life.
Holy crap, Craig! Kicking in Carly's door just to makeout with Rosanna. And Jack is most likely on to them now, since they couldn't seem to keep it together in front of him. And is anyone surprised that Carly called Jack first?...Anyone...? Didn't think so. :-)
Liberty continues to be dumb. Seriously. Your life is not that bad. Own up to your mistakes and face the consequences.
Poor Emily and Paul. I understand Liberty's frustration over Emily's attentiveness, but Emily is really only trying to do the right thing. Except I agree that both she and Paul need to pay more attention to Liberty herself, and not just the prospect of the baby.
Glad Brad and Janet stepped up and went to get Liberty. For once, they all worked together as a team. And the Jack/Janet snuggling scene on the farm porch was icing on the cake. :-D Jack continues to be awesomesauce. :-)
PS - Holden and Lily, if you both want to be together, then BE TOGETHER! Argh. Lily needs to get her annulment or divorce or whatever, and Holden needs some time to forgive her. But WORK ON IT, k, guys? Kids need you. And the Holden-Ethan scene was adorable. Now where's my Holden-Luke scene, dammit?
