Well, looks like it's going to be another Naruto ficrec day. XD I love this fandom, goddamnit, despite the fact that its ridiculousness level is > 9000. [read: too lazy to trawl PW/new fandom right now. :D]

Suigetsu is to Naruto as Sasuke is to Neji. He is also a living black hole of H2O and Mizumachi in terms of clothing habits (or lack thereof).

Have yet to effect canon review to determine how much of this is canon/fanon, but in the meantime?

Hmm. Been jumping between series all day. Had a huge craving for Orochimaru/Jiraiya earlier (got through half of Naruto vol. 16 in a shot between lunch and more hogging of the comp at work, that was insane, but it's Naruto), but couldn't really find any to speak of.
