There is a massive update in me on the verge of bursting (think of that scene from Alien where the little alien punches out if that dude's stomach.

So far the name-calling at school has been minimal this week. I am celebrating this small victory (pun intended) by going to rehearsal.

After a rather relaxing weekend, I am now preparing for a week of teaching 6th graders VRY SRS BZNES. I was referred to as "that midget teacher" last time I found myself in the classroom. If this happens again, I am reserving the right to just walk out if this happens again. That, or start throwing punches.
