so a good friend was over my place the other day, and she was checking her email on my computer. i started hacking out a tune on the piano, and after a few minutes she looked up, and was taken back that i was playing. she said that she thought it had been the computer playing music ( Read more... )

N's computer has, and is currently playing, a thrash metal version of the phantom of the opera. at least i think it is thrash metal. it is definitely loud and noisy metal. well....maybe it is more like dream theater? not so sure.

it is very strange, however, nonetheless.

quick update: the most soulful, creative music i've heard this year: gnarls barkley,

which is really DJ danger mouse and cee-lo.

you must listen to "Just a thought". man is it so good.
