Prairie Dogs - my customer achieved a level of satisfaction with the project progress that they began returning control animals to the facility yesterday, and have instated BSL-2 level protocols.  This is a major step in re-occupancy, even though they don't want to admit that it is.

1.  I watched an electrician pull 2 new wires through a conduit.  He disconnected one orange wire that was in the conduit already and attached a new orange wire plus a blue and a black (for a total of three), and then his helper pulled the orange wire from the other end of the conduit until all three were pulled through. Having promised DH that I'd get a physical and mammogram before the end of the year, I had several appointments in the past couple of weeks.

It's been awhile since I've posted about this topic. I'm holding fairly steady at 10 lbs down from the starting point. Happy about that because a big chunk of my former clothes have been returned to my wardrobe, including 3 of my all-time-favorite bras.  Also, I've packed away several pairs of pants that DH informed me make my butt look big :)   ( Read more... )

I'm late posting this but on Monday, I had lost 10 lbs!! I hadn't seen the needle on that number in at least 2 years, so that was cool. Also, I'm starting to notice physical changes other than it being easier to get into some clothes.
