Cara is really one of the most information laden people I have ever met.  She's so awesome.  And she's got the awesomest Irish accent, lol.  But yeah. I hate celiac. No, I hate GLUTEN!!! Ugh! Because of the gluten making the villa [sp?] laying flat in my intestines that means that I'm not absorbing some nutrients.  One of which would be zinc.  Which makes me angry and depressed and it also stunts the growth of my sexual organs. Yeah. >.<
